Most of the drawings I like best are the drawings I do when I'm supposed to be doing something else. It's unfortunate, because that means a lot of my favorite drawings are in the margins of my class notes, or on my hands or feet.

This was in my sketchbook which I seem to have temporarily misplaced. Unfortunate.

I'm not even sure what's going on in this picture, to be honest. I do know it was inspired from the "furies" (Eumenides) that I read about in the Oresteia in my ancient tragedies class, though.

I probably should have posted this picture before the previous image. I just got a little excited to have finished something recently. This is from Octoberish I believe.

This is one of my first and only charcoal drawings.
I'm not terribly pleased with the little man on top of the pile, but I certainly like the circle.

I'm very fond of circles.

not the happiest place to be

Sometimes people get sad. This is about being sad, like a lot of my drawings are.
In other news, essay writing is not fun.

For some reason the colors on this got fucked in the upload process. The bright blue is supposed to be redish, and the rest of the colors don't really look anything like that. I can't imagine how that happened.
Oh well. This is my button design for "Cute as a.."
You'll see it in its correct colors on a button soon enough.
