I haven't been alone in a while.

I am back from Europe and painting again. I missed painting. However, my free trial of lightroom is over and now I am without photo editing software (with the exception of iPhoto, which barely qualifies). Sad.
In other news, I will be having an art show at ampersand on the 17th of July. Hopefully that will motivate me to make some of the ideas in my head into things that can be seen by other people.

Most of the drawings I like best are the drawings I do when I'm supposed to be doing something else. It's unfortunate, because that means a lot of my favorite drawings are in the margins of my class notes, or on my hands or feet.

I'm not even sure what's going on in this picture, to be honest. I do know it was inspired from the "furies" (Eumenides) that I read about in the Oresteia in my ancient tragedies class, though.
